As of March 2024, the Philippine National Soil Laboratory Network is composed of 48 Member Laboratories: 19 DA Regional Soil Laboratories, ten (10) National and Provincial Soil Laboratories, 11 State Universities and Colleges Soil Laboratories, 8 Private and International Soil Laboratories.

Out of which, 16 member laboratories are licensed based on the DA MC 33 s. 2020. Noncompliant laboratories are required to address their issues on or before the six month grace period. Otherwise, the staff will undergo training / capacity building based on modules provided by BSWM.
