Procurement planning
Purchasing (to cover all phases of the procurement process)
Contract Management (to cover all post-award contract management activities e.g. monitoring of compliance to the contract, coordination with end users for the acceptance of the goods and services, coordination with Finance for payment, and initiation of sanctions against erring suppliers, contractors and consultants)
Procurement Monitoring, to include the creation and maintenance of the price monitoring list and the registry of suppliers, contractors and consultants
Concurrently perform the functions of the BAC Secretariat
