What is SWAC?
The Soil and Water Area Coordinators or SWAC of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) acts as the extension service of the Central Office. It is composed of technical staff who are capable of translating technical data and information and disseminating the same in the region in the simplest (layman’s) term possible.
