The project aims to improve the soil productivity of hilly areas, increase climate change resiliency and reduce disaster risk of one-fourth of the country’s Agricultural land situated in Hillyland Pedo-ecological Zone through R&D and promotion sustainable land management practices for hillyland pedo-ecological zones.

Hillyland farmers and their communities, LGUs, SUCs nearest to the sites of implementation, Research-Extension Agents, Private Partners, Environment NGO sector in mitigating soil erosion and landslides in sloping lands, other government organizations indirectly involves in various aspects and products of sustainable land management activities
